This record was recorded at the Mermaid Lounge in New Orleans. It was a good time, stretched out by the kind of distractions and disruptions you might expect in a bar. Album has been well-received locally. Elements in it have been likened to Syd Barrett, Velvet Underground, Flaming Lips, and Pavement.
