Photo Flash: Civic Theatre of Allentown Holds Historic Book Release
Civic Theatre of Allentown, currently in the middle of its 20th Anniversary production of A Christmas Carol, held a party on Thursday, December 3rd to celebrate the release of 'A Christmas Carol: the Commemorative Script.' Adapted from the original Charles Dickens novel by William Sanders and Sharon Lee Glassman, this book is currently available to purchase at productions of A Christmas Carol - through December 19th - and will then be available on Amazon.com.
Sanders and Glassman were in attendance at the party, held in Civic's Theatre514, to sign books for those who came to purchase it. 'A Christmas Carol: the Commemorative Script' was available for a discounted price at the party. The book is filled with photos from past performances on Civic's stage, along with the original script as created by Sanders and Glassman when they first produced A Christmas Carol at Civic.
