Joshua Bell Performs Live At Mesa Arts Center

Continuing the Classical Icons Series at Mesa Arts Center is one of the most talented, youthful violinist today. Violinist Joshua Bell will be performing the third concert of the series in the Ikeda Theater on Friday, Feb. 11. Known for his daring and original musical choices, he was named 2010's Instrumentalist of the Year by Musical America.

Bell's collaborations have garnered numerous Grammy Awards and his work on the Red Violin won an Oscar. He's appeared on programs from The Tonight Show to Sesame Street and has recently been heard on the soundtracks to For Colored Girls and Defiance. Bell's unique musical style, paired with his natural stage presence, is sure to give you goose bumps as you watch the performance unfold.
