Theatre and Opera director Stephen Wadsworth's new production of Terrence McNally's Master Class starring Tyne Daly as the legendary opera soprano Maria Callas is to transfer to the Vaudeville Theatre following its critically acclaimed, sell-out run on Broadway. Master Class, produced in the West End by Max Cooper, Maberry Theatricals, the Marks-Moore-Turnbull Group, Ted Snowdon and Sonia Friedman Productions in association with the Manhattan Theatre Club, will run at the Vaudeville Theatre for 14 weeks only from 21 January to 28 April, with press night on 7 February 2012. Set design is by Thomas Lynch, costume design by Martin Pakledinaz, lighting by David Lander and sound by Jon Gottlieb. Tickets are now on sale for Master Class and further casting will be announced shortly.

ANYTHING GOES has officially announced the winner of the 'You're the Tap' contest, who will receive an Anything Goes spree in NYC. The prize package for two includes airfare provided by American Airlines, hotel accommodations at Flatotel, dinner at Aureole, and tickets to Anything Goes with a backstage meet and greet. Block will join the Tony Award winning company of Anything Goes performing the role of 'Reno Sweeney' while Sutton Foster is filming the television pilot, Bunheads, for 3 weeks beginning tonight, November 4. As previously reported, Roundabout Theatre Company recently announced a new block of tickets now on-sale through April 29th, 2012 for their Tony-winning production of Anything Goes. It was originally scheduled to run through Sunday, July 31st, 2011. The production currently stars 2011 Tony Award winner Sutton Foster as 'Reno Sweeney' and Tony and Academy Award winner Joel Grey as 'Moonface Martin,' and is directed and choreographed by 2011 Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall. Roundabout Theatre Company presents three-time Tony Award winner Frank Langella as 'Gregor Antonescu' in Terence Rattigan's drama Man and Boy, directed by Maria Aitken. As part of the centennial celebration of English playwright Terence Rattigan, Man and Boy began previews on September 9th and opens officially on October 9, 2011 at the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway. The Broadway premiere of Larry Kramer's ground-breaking play The Normal Heart will play the final performance of its limited, 12-week engagement this Sunday, July 10 at 7:00 p.m., as scheduled. Produced by Daryl Roth and directed by Joel Grey and George C. Wolfe, The Normal Heart began performances on Tuesday, April 19 at the Golden Theatre (252 West 45th Street) and opened to rave reviews on Wednesday, April 27, 2011.
