A celebration of Dame Shirley Bassey's illustrious career, THE BOY WHO LOVED BASSEY, is an unforgettable musical tribute written by Ben Cameron and Alan Winner, with musical direction by Andy Roninson, under the direction by Cameron and starring Winner. THE BOY WHO LOVED BASSEY, returns for a one night only special engagement on Thursday, December 18th, at 9:30 PM at the Metropolitan Room (34 West 22nd Street, New York, NY 10010).

Cornell, Riverside Theatre's producing Artistic Director, and Ken Clifton, Riverside's Musical Director, have teamed up to create a special theatrical event based upon the music of legendary Broadway icons Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe. The Music of Lerner & Loewe takes place on the Stark Stage at 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 20 and Saturday, November 22, 2014.

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles(R) (BAFTA Los Angeles), announced that award winning actor, Rob Brydon will be hosting the 2014 BAFTA Los Angeles Jaguar Britannia Awards presented by BBC America, for the second year in a row.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Andy Mientus, who currently plays 'Marius' in LES MISERABLES on Broadway, will soon make an appearance on the small screen as 'Pied Piper' in CW's THE FLASH. BroadwayWorld has confirmed that Mientus will be out of the show October 23 through November 18 to film the series. During that time, the role will be played by understudies Chris McCarrell (October 23-November 2) and Matt Rosell (November 4-18).
