THAT CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON stars Brian Cox, Jim Gaffigan, Chris Noth, Jason Patric and Kiefer Sutherland. Jason Miller's Tony and Pulitzer Prize winning play THAT CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON is directed by Gregory Mosher.

'God of Carnage' opens next Wednesday, April 13, at 8 p.m. at the Center Theatre Group / Ahmanson Theatre reuniting the original Tony Award-nominated Broadway cast of Jeff Daniels, Hope Davis, James Gandolfini and Marcia Gay Harden in the scathingly funny, Tony Award-winning Best Play. The production is currently in previews and will play through May 29 only.

She disscussed her return to Broadway to play 'Sister Jamison Connelly' in HIGH, a new play written by Matthew Lombardo and directed by Rob Ruggiero. HIGH will open officially on April 19th at the Booth Theatre on Broadway.

Among the honorees are a world-renowned playwright originally from South Africa, a longtime Broadway executive, a playwright/activist known for her work in combatting volience against women, a show-business animal trainer, a venerable theatre bookshop, and an organization dedicated to promoting diversity in the theatre, film, and television.

Producers Thomas Schumacher of Disney Theatrical Productions and Cameron Mackintosh are pleased to announce full casting for the Philadelphia engagement of MARY POPPINS. Philadelphia's most eagerly anticipated stage production will begin performances at the Academy of Music on Wednesday, March 23 for a limited engagement of four weeks through Sunday, April 17 as part of the Broadway Season, presented by the Kimmel Center and the Shubert Organization. The opening night (press opening) is Friday, March 25 at 8:00 pm.

Center Theatre Group's GOD OF CARNAGE Extends Through 5/29

Due to overwhelming demand, 'God of Carnage' at Center Theatre Group's Ahmanson Theatre has been extended for two additional weeks. The production, which features the original Broadway cast of Jeff Daniels, Hope Davis, James Gandolfini and Marcia Gay Harden, will now be performed in Los Angeles for eight weeks from April 5 through May 29, 2011.

Hartford Stage Hosting Two Special Exhibits During DIVINE RIVALRY, 3/2-3/20

Hartford Stage will celebrate the artistic partnership among director Michael Wilson, set designer Jeff Cowie, and sound designer John Gromada in Working with Michael, a multi-media exhibit in 'room,' Hartford Stage's new function space. At the same time, the theatre will unveil Part II of Capturing the Moment, a season-long retrospective of the work of company photographer T. Charles Ericson, commemorating his 25 years with Hartford Stage. The Ericson installation will be in the theatre's upper lobby. The exhibits coincide with the run of Divine Rivalry, a world premiere play by noted political journalist Michael Kramer, which is the last MainStage production Wilson will be directing as Hartford Stage Artistic Director. Cowie designed the sets for the production, and Gromada the sound and original music. Official opening of both exhibits is Wednesday, March 2 at 6:00 p.m., directly before the 7:30 performance of Divine Rivalry.
