Fans of Summer Glau (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Firefly) and Syfy's high-octane hit-series ALPHAS will get a double dose of the actress as she returns as Alpha Skylar Adams in the final two episodes of the season beginning this Monday, October 15 at 8PM ET/PT. The thrilling and shocking second season finale of Alphas airs Monday, October 22nd at 8PM ET/PT.

Thomas Howell (Southland), Lauren Holly (NCIS), Steve Byers (Immortals, Total Recall), Kandyse McClure (Battlestar Galactica) and Noah Reid (Rookie Blue). Returning guest stars include John Pyper-Ferguson (Caprica, Brothers and Sisters) as Stanton Parish, Kathleen Munroe (Haven, Stargate Universe) as Dani Rosen and Mahershala Ali (Treme, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) as Agent Nathan Cley. Summer Glau (Dollhouse, Firefly) who was a fan favorite last season playing an Alpha, Skylar Adams, will return for three episodes.

TNT has ordered a pilot for L.A. Noir, a new drama series from executive producers Frank Darabont (The Walking Dead, The Shawshank Redemption), Michael De Luca (The Social Network, Moneyball) and Elliot Webb (Tall Time Tales). The project from TNT Original Productions is based on John Buntin's critically acclaimed book L.A. Noir: The Struggle for the Soul of America's Most Seductive City, which chronicles the epic battle between Los Angeles Police Chief William Parker and mobster Mickey Cohen. Alissa Phillips (Moneyball) of Michael De Luca Productions serves as co-executive producer. Darabont is set to write and direct the pilot.

TNT has ordered a pilot for Chelsea General (working title), a new medical drama series from award-winning producer David E. Kelley (Ally McBeal, Chicago Hope) and practicing neurosurgeon and CNN chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta, M.D. Kelley and Dr. Gupta will executive-produce. Kelley wrote the pilot script for the series, which is based on Gupta's upcoming novel Monday Mornings.

NBC is offering viewers a sneak peek at the new NBC series 'The Cape' (two-hour premiere Sunday, January 9, 9-11p.m. ET). In a special promotion, DC Comics will offer viewers the chance to view the one-hour pilot episode of 'The Cape' via their free comic book iPad application during the week preceding the show's premiere on NBC - January 5 through January 8. This is the first time DC Comics has offered long form video through their iPad application (which is also available for the iPhone) and Digital Comics Store. 'The Cape' will move to its regular timeslot on Mondays at 9 p.m. ET starting January 17th. The series stars David Lyons ('ER') as Vince Faraday, a cop who is unjustly accused of a crime and becomes a secret crime fighter.
