Steve McQueen's 12 Years a Slave leads all films in the Vancouver Film Critics Circle's International category with six nominations.

12 Years a Slave has been named Best Picture by The Las Vegas Film Critics' Society. The film also picked up nods for Best Costume Design, Best Original Score, Best Director and Best Supporting Actress.

Steven McQueen's '12 Years a Slave' took home the prize in five categories at this year's Online Film Critics Society Awards.

The Detroit Film Critics Society is pleased to announce the best of 2013 in ten categories. The society was founded in Spring 2007 and consists of a group of twenty Michigan film critics who write or broadcast in the Detroit area as well as other major cities within a 150-mile radius of the city including Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Flint, Michigan.

Scarlett Johansson will not be eligible for a 2013 Golden Globe nomination for her voice work in Spike Jonze's HER, a spokesperson from Hollywood Foreign Press Association confirmed to EW today.

'Her,' the new modern-day love story from Oscar-nominated filmmaker Spike Jonze ('Being John Malkovich') and Annapurna Pictures, will open in limited release today, November 20, 2013, it was announced by Dan Fellman, President, Domestic Distribution, Warner Bros. Pictures.
