Second Stage Theatre just celebrated its annual All-Star Bowling Classic last night, February 4 at Lucky Strike Lanes and Lounge For over 25 years, stars of stage and screen have come out to bowl in support of Second Stage's award-winning seasons and to assist the theatre in its fund-raising efforts. New Century Players' THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE, featuring Music and Lyrics by William Finn, Book by Rachel Sheinkin and Conceived by Rebecca Feldman with Additional material by Jay Reiss, will play the Milwaukie High School Blackbox Theater, February 8-17, 2013, directed by Ron K. Palmblad with musical director John Quesenberry.

Performance Network Theatre and Eastern Michigan University Theatre will be popping the champagne on this year's New Year's Eve with a collaborative staged reading of Striking 12, a jazzy holiday musical with an eclectic, vibrant pop/rock/jazz score, on the Performance Network stage on December 31st starting at 9pm, then followed by a champagne reception at the stroke of midnight.

Bloomington Theatre and Art Center has announced Striking 12, a Bloomington Civic Theatre (BCT) production taking place in the Black Box Theater tonight, November 30 through December 16, 2012. Striking 12 is directed by Christine Weber.

Good Theater presents the Maine premiere of this new hip, funky, fun holiday musical with book, music & lyrics by Brendan Milburn, Rachel Sheinkin, and Valerie Vigoda tonight, November 14 - December 9. Directed by Brian P. Allen and musical direction by Victoria Stubbs starring Broadway veteran Ryan Duncan and Kelly Caufield leading a cast of 11 singer/actor/musicians.

Yale Repertory Theatre, in a co-production with American Repertory Theater, presents the world premiere of Marie Antoinette by David Adjmi, directed by Rebecca Taichman. Marie Antoinette will be performed at Yale Repertory Theatre (1120 Chapel Street) October 26 through November 17. Opening Night is Thursday, November 1. The cast includes Fred Arsenault, Hannah Cabell, David Greenspan, Marin Ireland, Vin Knight, Jo Lampert, Polly Lee, Steven Rattazzi, Jake Silbermann, Teale Sperling, Brian Wiles, and Ashton Woerz.

Barrington Stage Company, the award-winning theatre in Downtown Pittsfield, MA, presents the premiere of one of the 20th century's greatest novels, William Golding's Lord of the Flies, adapted for the stage by Nigel Williams, and directed by Barrington Stage Associate Artist Christopher Innvar (The Whipping Man and The Collyer Brothers).
