Bww Preview: The Unicorn Theatre in Kansas City Announces Their 42nd Season

The Unicorn Theatre announced their 2015-2016 season. The 42nd season of intimate, inspiring, and invigorating new plays opens on August 26, 2015. In addition to a full line up of new productions to Kansas City, the Unicorn will also continue the In-Progress New Play Reading Series, bringing scripts in development and under consideration for production in upcoming seasons before the public.

Amphibian Stage Productions today announced new titles for its 2015 line-up of National Theatre Live screenings, presented in association with the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. Productions of A View from the Bridge, Behind the Beautiful Forevers, The Hard Problem, Man and Superman, Everyman, Of Mice and Men and Hamlet, broadcast from the National Theatre in London, make up the seventh season of this critically acclaimed series.

Jennifer Coolidge to Lead SAVING KITTY at Nora Theatre Company

The Nora Theatre Company will present Saving Kitty by Marisa Smith, featuring film and television star Jennifer Coolidge, and is directed by Artistic Director Lee Mikeska Gardner. Saving Kitty runs from July 9 through August 2, 2015. The press performance is Monday, July 13 at 7:30PM.

?What happens when a genius meets a genius at a bar? The Pennington Players are ready to answer that question as they present 'Picasso at the Lapin Agile,' written by Steve Martin, the iconic comedian/actor/screenwriter/banjo-aficionado. Dates and show times for this delightful comedy are: Todays, April 24 and May 1 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, April 25 and May 2 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, April 26 and May 3 at 2 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on MCCC's West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road.

Luxembourg & Dayan Open Richard Prince FIGURES Exhibit Today

Richard Prince arrived in NYC in August 1974. He stayed in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn with a friend of a friend for two weeks and then rented a small one bedroom sublet on Prince and West Broadway. He had saved 1,500 dollars from teaching pottery to high school students working at a private country day school south of Boston. He had read an article in the New York Times Magazine about Soho. He wanted to check it out and thought he'd come down and stay for three months. He had spent most of the summer of '74 in southern Maine house sitting for a family, and when they returned he thought it might be a good time to go the place he always wanted to go to.

Alhambra's Neil Diamond Tribute Show to Be Featured in PLAY ME Documentary

As if having the premier Neil Diamond tribute band at the Alhambra Theatre & Dining isn't enough, it was announced this morning by Managing Partner, Craig Smith that the Saturday evening and matinee shows on May 9 will be filmed live by an international film crew making a documentary about the popularity of tribute bands. The Alhambra launched its Alhambra After Dark music series in 2014 and has featured tributes to Elvis Presley, the Rat Pack, Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton, Jimmy Buffett and many others.

The 13th Edition of LOOP Barcelona Begins 5/28-6/6
