SKYLIGHT Sets Broadway Rush Policy; Previews Begin Tomorrow

A $37 rush ticket policy will be launched tomorrow, Friday, March 13th when Carey Mulligan and Bill Night reprise their critically acclaimed West End performances in the hit London production of David Hare's SKYLIGHT at the John Golden Theatre (252 West 45th Street), directed by two-time Tony Award-winner Stephen Daldry. A limited number of rush tickets, for theatregoers aged 30 and under, will be available the day of the performance at the box office of the Golden Theatre. The $37 rush tickets will be limited to 2 per person with valid photo ID, and will be available when the box office opens.

RSC to Celebrate Shakespeare's Birthday with Concert, Family Events

The Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) will celebrate Shakespeare's 451st birthday with a special Birthday Bash musical concert on Sunday 26 April. The day before, Saturday 25 April, as part of Stratford-upon-Avon's annual Shakespeare Birthday Celebrations, the RSC will also offer a range of free activities for the family.

Joining Kristin Scott Thomas as The Queen in a new and updated version of Peter Morgan's The Audience are David Calder as Winston Churchill, Mark Dexter as David Cameron, Michael Gould as John Major, Gordon Kennedy as Gordon Brown, Sylvestra Le Touzel as Margaret Thatcher, David Robb as Anthony Eden and Nicholas Woodeson as Harold Wilson. David Peart plays the Equerry, Charlotte Moore will play Bobo MacDonald and Private Secretary, Marnie Brighton, Madeleine Jackson-Smith and Izzy Meikle-Small will alternate in the role of Young Elizabeth and Matt Plumb and Harry Feltham will play the footmen.

The producers of Peter Morgan's Broadway-bound The Audience, starring Academy Award winner Helen Mirren, announced today that Dakin Matthews and Rod McLachlan will take on the roles of Winston Churchill and Gordon Brown, respectively. Harriet Walter & More Join Cast of RSC's DEATH OF A SALESMAN

Casting is announced for Gregory Doran's production of Arthur Miller's 1949 Pulitzer prize-winning play Death of a Salesman, opening in the centenary year of Arthur Miller's birth. Previews start from 26 March, with the press night on Wednesday 1 April, 2015.
