Cabaret patroness Madame Mathieu has chosen Lindsay Brett Carothers (Bring It On, WICKED Tour) and Robi Hager (Spring Awakening, How to Succeed…) to be the guests of honor at her next soiree at The Duplex on Thursday, March 10th. Back by popular demand, the eclectic evening will feature an all new group of rising stars in stand-up, poetry, dance, songwriting, and performance art while Carothers and Hager will accept creative dares that arise from Mme. M's insane imagination. A variety show with an avant garde twist, the Soiree is as unpredictable as the patroness herself.

Laura Pawel Dance Company reminds people that 'how are you is a greeting, not a question' when they return to perform March 18&19, 7 PM, at the Chen Dance Center, 70 Mulberry Street in Chinatown. Also receiving its world premiere is the work 'Comfortable Silence,' and the program will be completed by company favorites. The Pawel style combines choreographed works with improvisational structures in both the dance and music, along with improvised talk by the performers, whose longtime collaboration is reflected in the ease and harmony of their performances. As always, there is live music for all works.

Following critical acclaim at the Savoy Theatre, the Chichester Festival Theatre revival of Guys and Dolls will be extending its run at the Phoenix Theatre from 19 March 2016. Casting for the West End extension includes multiple Olivier Award-winning actress Samantha Spiro (Hello Dolly) as Miss Adelaide, Richard Kind (Disney/Pixar's BAFTA award-wining Inside Out) as Nathan Detroit and Oliver Tompsett (Wicked) as Sky Masterson.
