Tonight, November 21, 2013, a new multimedia play 'Split/Screen' will premier with a three-day run at the Helen Mills Theater. Split/Screen will feature new music by jazz composer and pianist Ben Rosenblum (winner of the Downbeat and ASCAP awards for original jazz composition and arrangement). In addition, the play will feature live performances from Rosenblum and recording artists Dev Avidon and Alida Rohr.

Set in a Long Island summer beach house, I COULD SAY MORE will debut this winter with a cast featuring such noted actors as Keith McDermott (Broadway's original EQUUS), Robert Gomes (THE LAST NIGHT OF BALLYHOO on Broadway), Grant James Varjas (33 VARIATIONS/playwright 33 TO NOTHING), Chuck Blasius (ACCIDENTALLY, LIKE A MARTYR), Brett Douglas (MY BIG GAY ITALIAN WEDDING), Monique Vukovic (GOD'S EAR, PETER AND VANDY), Kate Hodge (GOOD PEOPLE, DINNER WITH FRIENDS), Frank Delessio (THE RIMERS OF ELDRITCH) and Brandon Smalls (ANTHONY AND CLEOPATRA, NY Fringe). The production is directed by the playwright.

UP Comedy Club is known for bringing the best stand-up comedy talent in the country to Chicago. This winter's line-up features many of the best known names in comedy today, including Jo Koy, Godfrey, Brian Posehn, Tom Papa and Greg Fitzsimmons. Each show includes a feature stand-up comic and a local emcee that hosts the evening. This winter, audiences can also enjoy The Second City's hilarious holiday revue, Miracle on Wells Street through December 31, 2013. Dinner will be available before and during the show.

BOO-Arts Productions and Gotham Radio Theatre are excited to present the co-production of two seasonal favorites: It's a Wonderful Life directed by Steven Hauck, and Rudolph's Tale: A 1964 Christmas adapted and directed by Sydnie Grosberg Ronga. These Radio Theatre shows will be performed in rep at the Arclight Theatre (152 W. 71st Street) on December 13th - 15th.

On November 21, 2013, a new multimedia play 'Split/Screen' will premier with a three-day run at the Helen Mills Theater. SONNET REPERTORY THEATRE celebrates eleven years of classic theatre for a modern planet with a production of Jean Genet's THE MAIDS, directed by Christopher Schilder (resident director, National Tour, Billy Elliot). THE MAIDS will play a limited engagement at the Ford Foundation Studio Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues). Performances begin Friday, November 22 and continue through Sunday, December 1. Opening Night is Saturday, November 23 (7:30 pm).
