Tony, Grammy & Golden Globe Award winner Bernadette Peters and Tony & Emmy Award winner Elaine Stritch will return to Broadway in Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's Tony Award-winning masterpiece A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, directed by Tony Award-winner Trevor Nunn.

Mitzi Gaynor, legendary Hollywood star of such films as South Pacific and There's No Business Like Show Business, stopped by to visit the cast of the new musical Dietrich & Chevalier during their rehearsals. (They begin performances June 5).

Broadway star Bernadette Peters will appear on Fox 5's 'Good Morning New York' on May 28, 2010 to promote her new children's book, 'Stella is a Star.' Peters will discuss the book and her efforts to raise money for her charity Broadway Barks.

The Ogunquit Playhouse will present The Drowsy Chaperone from June 9 through June 26, 2010 starring Bravo's Carson Kressley as the Man in Chair and The Mary Tyler Moore Show's Gloria Engel as Mrs. Tottendale, the role she created for the original Broadway production. This new musical comedy was the darling of the Tony Awards, winning the most statues in 2006, including Best Sets and Costumes - the very same sets and costumes will be featured in the Ogunquit Production. Broadway veteran Liz Larsen also joins the cast as the Drowsy Chaperone.

According to her website, Bernadette Peters, who was most recently seen performing in New York in her sold out Broadway Barks benefit concert, will be playing at a variety of venues around the country for her upcoming tour, which kicks off next year. The two-time Tony winner will perform a wide variety of tunes from her vast theatre repertoire.

Theatre Aspen, Aspen's only professional theatre and school, is pleased to announce that casting is complete for the 2010 summer season, reported Artistic Director Paige Price. Theatre Aspen enters its 27th season with an award-winning mix of music, comedy and family fare.

Reprise Theatre Company's production of the Pulitzer Prize winning 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying' plays at UCLA's Freud Playhouse. The production began May 11 and runs through May 23. Opening night for the production is tonight, May 12.

Two other Facebook groups have ensued following her May 8th SNL appearance. The first of the two, 'Betty White Must Host 2010 Emmys!' has already hit 700 members. The second Facebook fan page, 'Getting Betty White to Host The Academy Awards' is growing fast with over 11,000 supporters.

Betty White dropped by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night as part of an effort to promote her upcoming hosting gig on Saturday Night Live, and found herself challenged to a rematch of beer pong against Fallon. The two famously engaged in a match of beer pong during her previous visit, in which Fallon beat the beloved television icon.
