Signature Theatre, the current recipient of the Tony Award® for Regional Theatre, presents the world premiere musical Sycamore Trees by Ricky Ian Gordon, composer of the acclaimed opera The Grapes of Wrath and the OBIE Award-winning Orpheus and Euridice, as well as the musicals My Life with Albertine and Dream True.

The Vineyard Theatre's world-premiere production of THE METAL CHILDREN, written and directed by Adam Rapp, begins previews on May 5. The play has an official opening on May 19 at the Vineyard (108 E. 15 St.) in Manhattan.

People's Light & Theatre Company presents STRETCH (A FANTASIA), by Susan Bernfield, from March 31 - April 25, 2010 on the Steinbright Stage. Daniella Topol directs.

Tickets to the Vineyard Theatre's world-premiere production of THE METAL CHILDREN, written and directed by Adam Rapp, will go on sale on Thursday, April 15 prior to the beginning of previews on May 5 and the official opening on May 19 of the play at the Vineyard (108 E. 15 St.) in Manhattan.

The Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning Vineyard Theatre (108 E. 15 St.) has announced full casting for its world premiere production of Adam Rapp's play THE METAL CHILDREN -- starring the previously-announced Billy Crudup -- with previews set to begin May 4 prior to its official press opening May 19, according to Douglas Aibel, artistic director of Vineyard Theatre.

Two rarely performed masterpieces of American theatre, one a European premiere, opened to widespread critical acclaim at Northampton's Royal & Derngate in October 2009. Now, riding the wave of its success, Spring Storm by Tennessee Williams and Beyond the Horizon by Eugene O'Neill will transfer to the National Theatre from 24 March (with press performances on 7 April). The transfer will be a fitting finale to the 125th birthday celebrations of the Royal stage Northampton and is the latest in a string of successes for the theatre, which includes a triple win at the TMA Awards 2009.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Executive Director Andrew D. Hamingson) announces a return engagement of BLOODY BLOODY ANDREW JACKSON, the critically acclaimed rock musical that played a sold-out run last spring as part of the Public's Public LAB season.

Wilkinson is joined in the reading by her husband, David Compton, as well as Marin Miller and Patrick Waller. Lauren Shouse, Tennessee Rep's artistic associate, will direct.
