WE ARE MEN Stars to Host CBS Fall Preview, 9/12

CBS FALL PREVIEW, a primetime special previewing CBS's five new fall series, hosted by Tony Shalhoub, Jerry O'Connell, Kal Penn and Chris Smith from the new comedy series WE ARE MEN, will be broadcast Thursday, Sept. 12 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Today, we're featuring Jason Patric circa 1986. In 2005, Patric appeared on Broadway as 'Brick' in a revival of Tennessee Williams' Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, opposite starred Ashley Judd, Ned Beatty and Margo Martindale. He next appeared on Broadway opposite Brian Cox, Chris Noth, Kiefer Sutherland and Jim Gaffigan in a revival of his father Jason Miller's play, That Championship Season, which began previews on February 9, 2011 and closed on May 29, 2011.

Nelson Franklin Boards CBS' Upcoming Comedy THE MILLERS

Nelson Franklin ('VEEP,' 'New Girl') has joined the cast of the new CBS fall comedy The Millers as a series regular. He joins Will Arnett, Emmy Award winner Margo Martindale, Emmy Award winner Beau Bridges, JB Smoove and Jayma Mays, who was previously announced.

CBS is in the midst of solidifying its fall lineup, giving a series order to the comedy CRAZY ONES, a father-daughter workplace comedy starring Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar. The network has also picked up three other comedies, as well as two dramas, according to Deadline.

Showtime's Masters of Sex has seduced Allison Janney. Janney is officially set for a five-episode arc on the premium network's upcoming drama, starring Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan, who will portray the real-life pioneers of the science of human sexuality, William Masters and Virginia Johnson.

'The Waitress' from IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA is finally moving on from her barista position. According to Deadline, Mary Elizabeth Ellis is set to co-star in Greg Garcia's upcoming CBS comedy pilot opposite Will Arnett. Garcia is also set to executive produce the project.
