The Lyric Stage Company of Boston has announced the cast & creative team for its upcoming productionof WARRIOR CLASS by Kenneth Lin (writer, House of Cards), directed by Dawn M. Simmons. Performances are October 21 - November 13, 2016.

Manhattan Theatre Club's world premiere production of Sell/Buy/Date, the new play written and performed by Tony Award winner Sarah Jones (Bridge and Tunnel), directed by Drama Desk Award nominee Carolyn Cantor (Fly By Night), will extend by one week at The Studio at Stage II - Harold and Mimi Steinberg New Play Series at New York City Center - Stage II (131 West 55th Street).

Shara Ashley Zeiger's Roughly Speaking, a new play with rap based on over 200 interviews with New York City's homeless, has announced the initial slate of participants for its after-show talkbacks. A line-up which includes experts on the homeless, a member of the New York State Assembly, TED Talk Presenters, artists and members of the Roughly Speaking cast and creative team. Scheduled to take place after every Wednesday and Sunday performance, the first such discussion will be held on Wednesday, November 2.

The Public Theater has announced a final extension today for the first major New York revival of PLENTY, written by David Hare. Directed by five-time Tony Award nominee David Leveaux, the show began performances on Tuesday, November 4 and was originally extended through Sunday, November 20. It will now run through Thursday, December 1, with an official press opening Sunday, October 23.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre today announced the world premiere production of The Last Tiger in Haiti by playwright Jeff Augustin and directed by Joshua Kahan Brody. Victory Gardens Theater continues its 42st season with the world premiere of Roz and Ray, written by Karen Hartman and directed by Artistic Director Chay Yew. Roz and Ray features Mary Beth Fisher (Roz) and James Vincent Meredith (Ray). This World Premiere runs November 11 - December 11, 2016, with the press performance on Friday, November 18, 2016, at 7:30 pm at Victory Gardens Theater, 2433 N. Lincoln Avenue.
