Following a successful new season launch, in which its Sunday premiere dominated the time period and ranked as the night's No. 1 broadcast program among adults 18-49 on each telecast, "American Idol" is set to kick off its iconic live performances and America's vote from Los Angeles starting SUNDAY, APRIL 14 (8:00-10:00 p.m. EDT, live-to-tape episode), on The ABC Television Network. The season's first all-live performance show will air MONDAY, APRIL 15 (8:00-10:00 p.m. EDT), and the schedule continues with live shows on Sundays only for five consecutive weeks.

The Country Music Association has revealed the initial artist lineup for this year's CMA Fest, which features hundreds of Country Music artists performing on multiple stages throughout downtown Nashville Thursday through Sunday, June 6-9. CMA Fest is a one-of-a-kind festival with artists donating their time to perform so a portion of ticket proceeds can directly benefit high-quality music programs across the country through the CMA Foundation. A limited number of four-day passes for the nightly performances at Nissan Stadium are still available at CMAfest.com or through the CMA Box Office at 1-800-CMA-FEST.

Music mogul DJ Khaled is set to host Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards 2019, the biggest, slimiest party of the year for kids, broadcasting live Saturday, March 23, at 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT) from the Galen Center in Los Angeles, Calif. The Country Music Association honored the songwriters behind Country Music's biggest hits at the 10th annual CMA Triple Play Awards Tuesday, Feb. 19 during an intimate, industry luncheon at Marathon Music Works in Nashville. CMA Triple Play Awards recipients were honored for having penned three No. 1 songs within a 12-month period based on the Country Aircheck, Billboard Country Airplay and Billboard Hot Country Songs charts.

iHeartMedia announced today the return of the annual star-studded iHeartRadio Music Festival on September 20 and 21 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, and its Daytime Stage, which will take place at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds Saturday, Sept. 21. The Daytime Stage will feature live performances by both popular and emerging artists including first-revealed performers Juice WRLD, Maren Morris, Billie Eilish, Old Dominion, Zara Larsson, CNCO, Brett Young, FLETCHER and Monsta X, with more to be announced. Last summer, the "American Idol" bus visited 24 cities across the nation in search of a superstar. As previously announced, viewers at home will be able to follow the inspiring journey starting SUNDAY, MARCH 3 (8:00-10:01 p.m. EST), on The ABC Television Network, when the first crop of Idol hopefuls audition for their shot at a ticket to Hollywood. The cross-country audition tour will move forward with an all-new episode on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6 (8:00-10:00 p.m. EST), rounding out a talent-filled premiere week. The Country Music Association's new international artist-focused touring series, Introducing Nashville, will join the C2C lineup in Berlin and Amsterdam. Lindsay Ell, Lauren Jenkins and Logan Mize will open the first C2C Berlin at the Verti Arena Berlin with a mainstage performance on Saturday, March 2 and follow up with a performance as part of C2C Amsterdam at AFAS Amsterdam on Monday, March 4. Following the stops in Germany and the Netherlands, a second Introducing Nashville lineup will visit multiple cities in Australia, as well as Auckland, New Zealand and Tokyo, Japan.
