'PLAY IT COOL' a new musical will be presented Off Broadway at Theatre Row - Acorn Theatre, 410 West 42nd Street. Previews for the limited engagement begin on Thursday, September 2nd and the Opening is 7:00 pm on Wednesday, September 14th.

Known for their signature themed concerts, The Palm Beach Pops will launch its 2011-2012 season with acclaimed performances of the most requested songs from the past 20 years of concerts and bring back all-time favorite performers such as Clint Holmes, Lillias White, David Burnham and Lynn Roberts, as well as showcasing some of today's top performers including John Pagano and Lea Salonga.

Television icon Regis Philbin, Muppets creator Jim Henson, the extraordinary actresses who vocally brought to life many modern-day Disney Princesses including Jodi Benson (Ariel from The Little Mermaid), Paige O'Hara (Belle from Beauty and the Beast), Lea Salonga (singing voices of Jasmine from Aladdin and Mulan from Mulan), Linda Larkin (speaking voice of Jasmine from Aladdin), and Anika Noni Rose (Princess Tiana from The Princess and the Frog) were honored as official Disney Legends during the D23 EXPO at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 19, in the Anaheim Convention Center Arena.

Telly Leung is currently gearing up for GODSPELL. His other Broadway, national and regional credits include Flower Drum Song, Pacific Overtures, the Chicago sit-down company of Wicked, Sweeney Todd and Allegiance. A native of Brooklyn, Leung is also a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and has continued to branch out to other avenues of the performing arts. His debut EP, 'Getaway,' is available from the website CDBaby.com. Tony Award winner Ms. Salonga is currently in town for an exclusive three-week return engagement, featuring an all-new program entitled Lea Salonga: New York in June, at the Café Carlyle at The Carlyle running until June 25. Lea Salonga's new live CD - The Journey So Far - is set for release by LML Music/Allegro Distribution on August 9. Salonga, the Tony Award-winning Filipina singer and actress, is best known for originating the lead role of Kim in the musical Miss Saigon (and for which she won the Tony, Olivier, Drama Desk Outer Critics and Theatre World Awards), will highlight the release of the CD with a worldwide tour throughout 2011-12.

Just over a year since she debuted her critically acclaimed cabaret act at New York's Café Carlyle (and only weeks after her 2011 stint at the same venue), Lea Salonga's new live CD - The Journey So Far - is set for release by LML Music/Allegro Distribution on Tuesday, August 9, giving her fans the world over a chance to hear her crystalline voice on a new recording, which was executive produced by Nashville's own Chris Keaton.
