On Monday, July 25th, Maureen McGovern lends her considerable talents to the Otto and Phoebe Haas Stage. Often called 'The Stradivarius Voice', McGovern has been thrilling audiences in a career that's spanned over 40 years. Join her as part of Cape May Stage's Second Stage ‘Women of Broadway' Series as she enchants audiences at the Robert Shackleton Playhouse in an exclusive concert performance of her new show dangling conversations.

Evan Cabnet to Direct OUTSIDE PEOPLE at the Vineyard

Vineyard Theatre and Naked Angels will co-produce the world-premiere of Zayd Dohrn's play OUTSIDE PEOPLE, directed by Evan Cabnet at The Vineyard (108 East 15th Street), which will begin performances in December, 2011 and open in January 2012, it has been announced by Douglas Aibel, Artistic Director of Vineyard Theatre and Andy Donald, Artistic Director of Naked Angels. It is the first co-production for the two award-winning off-Broadway companies.

The Tony Award-winning actress Linda Lavin will head the cast of Nicky Silver's new play THE LYONS, to be given its world-premiere production Off-Broadway by the Vineyard Theatre. this fall with previews starting Wednesday, September 21, 2011 prior to its official opening night October 11, it has been announced by Douglas Aibel, artistic director of Vineyard Theatre. Mark Brokaw (HOW I LEARNED TO DRIVE) will direct.
