Full Cast Announced for GHOST THE MUSICAL on Broadway!

The producers of Ghost The Musical are proud to announce full casting for the Broadway production. Joining previously announced stars Richard Fleeshman (Sam Wheat), Caissie Levy (Molly Jensen), Da'Vine Joy Randolph (Oda Mae Brown), and Bryce Pinkham (Carl Bruner) will be Tyler McGee, Lance Roberts, Moya Angela, Jason Babinsky, Michael Balderrama, James Brown III, Stephen Carrasco, Jeremy Davis, Sharona D'Ornellas, Josh Franklin, Albert Guerzon, Afra Hines, Carly Hughes, Karen Hyland, Alison Luff, Vasthy Mompoint, Jennifer Noble, Joe Aaron Reid, Constantine Rousouli, Jennifer Sanchez, Daniel Watts, and Jesse Wildman.

The hit Broadway musical SISTER ACT recently partnered with God's Love We Deliver by outfitting runners for their 18th annual Race To Deliver on November 20th in Central Park. The cast of SISTER ACT also sang the national anthem and were involved with the official Warm-Up for the four mile run. God's Love We Deliver is the tri-state area's leading provider of nutritious, individually-tailored meals to people who are too sick to shop or cook for themselves. SISTER ACT To Add Weekday Matinees This Spring

This winter, from January 2, 2012 through March 4, 2012, SISTER ACT will be performed on the following schedule: Monday at 7pm, Tuesday at 7pm, Wednesday at 2pm and 8pm, Friday at 8pm, Saturday at 2pm and 8pm, and Sunday at 3pm. Beginning March 5, 2012, the performance schedule will be as follows: Tuesday at 7pm, Wednesday at 2pm and 8pm, Thursday at 8pm, Friday at 8pm, Saturday at 2pm and 8pm, and Sunday at 3pm.

Raise Your Voice! Carolee Carmello Replaces Victoria Clark in SISTER ACT as 'Mother Superior' 11/19

Tony Award nominee Carolee Carmello will assume the role of Mother Superior in the Broadway musical SISTER ACT, beginning performances on Saturday, November 19 at 8:00pm. SISTER ACT is currently in its eighth smash month at the Broadway Theatre (1681 Broadway). Ms. Carmello takes over from Victoria Clark, who originated the role on Broadway and received a Tony Award nomination for her performance.

Pee Wee Creating New Movie with Judd Apatow

According to Darkhorizons.com, Paul Reubens confirmed at at Comic Con yesterday that he is currently working with Judd Apatow's production company to crate a new Pee Wee Herman movie. Reubens and Paul Rust have written the script, but there is still no word on who will direct the project.

Pee-Wee's Broadway Show Gets DVD Release This Fall

Image Entertainment, Inc. (OTCQB: DISK) has acquired the home entertainment rights to THE PEE-WEE HERMAN SHOW ON BROADWAY and will be releasing it on Blu-rayTM and DVD in the fall in honor of the 25th Anniversary of Pee-wee's Playhouse. Opening to critical acclaim at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre on Nov. 11, 2010, 'The Pee-wee Herman Show' is 90 minutes of subversive humor and childlike wonder based on both Reubens' original stage show, 'The Pee-wee Herman Show,' and the Emmy-winning Saturday morning TV show, 'Pee-wee's Playhouse,' which became a cultural phenomenon. The New York Times called the new Broadway show 'yummier than chocolate,' New York Magazine said, 'Welcome back, Pee-wee! You were sorely missed,' and the New York Post noted, 'The audience screams for joy!' The announcement was made by Image Entertainment's Chief Acquisition Officer, Bill Bromiley.

Three decades after his first HBO special, Paul Reubens returned to the network in an exclusive presentation of his recent hit Broadway show. The HBO presentation THE Pee-Wee Herman SHOW ON BROADWAY was shot at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre in New York in January, immediately following the conclusion of the show's exclusive Broadway engagement.
