Center Theatre Group presents a discussion between the visionary game designer, futurist and bestselling author of "Reality is Broken," Jane McGonigal, and playwright Jennifer Haley, winner of the 2012 Susan Smith Blackburn Prize, at the Veterans Memorial Building in Culver City, Friday, March 8 at 8 p.m.

Winning a Guthrie Theatre commission, and chosen for development by The Katselas Theatre Company's INKubator program, the West Coast Premiere of SEXSTING is the inaugural production for KTC's 2013 season. Opening at the popular Skylight Theatre Complex tonight, February 23rd, the stellar cast includes Gregory Itzin (Tony, Drama Desk, and Emmy Award nominee), JD Cullum (Stones in His Pockets-Mark Taper Forum, Of Equal Measure-Kirk Douglas Theater), The Cripple of Inishmaan (Geffen Playhouse).

'The Royale' by Marco Ramirez, will be directed by Daniel Aukin in its World Premiere at Center Theatre Group's Kirk Douglas Theatre. The show begins previews April 28 and opens on May 5, running through June 2, 2013.

This epic production brings this captivating military courtroom drama to life. A Few Good Men runs March 1 through March 24, 2013, on the Hubbard Stage.

Three estranged brothers reunite to settle unfinished business in the world premiere of A Family Thing, a darkly funny new drama about the meaning of family by Gary Lennon (The Interlopers). On April 24, American Theater Group, New Jersey's newest professional theater company, will present, direct from its success at the 2012 New York Musical Theatre Festival, Jonathan Brielle's new musical Himself and Nora at its new home, Hamilton Stage in Rahway, New Jersey.

The cast is set for "The Nether," a gripping new play by Jennifer Haley in which the moral complexity of the increasingly pervasive and addictive world of virtual reality is explored. "The Nether" will have its world premiere at the Kirk Douglas Theatre, March 19 through April 14, 2013. The opening is scheduled for March 24.

La Jolla Playhouse announces a fifth production for its 2013/14 season: the world premiere of The Tallest Tree, a new play with music written and performed by Daniel Beaty (Emergency, Through the Night), directed by Moises Kaufman (I Am My Own Wife, The Laramie Project). A co-production with Kansas City Repertory Theatre, The Tallest Tree will run in the Playhouse's Sheila and Hughes Potiker Theatre October 9 - November 3, 2013. The piece is produced in association with Tectonic Theater Project.
