According to The Hollywood Reporter, 'Tonight Show' bandleader & sideman Kevin Eubanks will leave the show May 28.

Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans announce the World Premiere of Low Down Dirty Blues, by Randal Myler and Dan Wheetman, the creators of It Ain't Nothin' But the Blues and Fire on the Mountain. The production will feature Tony Award nominee Felicia P. Fields (The Color Purple) in her first role in Chicago since The Color Purple and two-time Jeff Award-winner Mississippi Charles Bevel. The production will be directed by Randal Myler with musical direction by Dan Wheetman. Low Down Dirty Blues runs May 27 - July 3, 2010 at Northlight Theatre, 9501 Skokie Blvd in Skokie. The press opening is Saturday, June 5, 2010.

Kristi Holden, Christine in 'Phantom: The Las Vegas Spectacular', will be starring in 'Singing Outside The Lines' on Saturday, May 2, 2010, 2PM at the Clark County Flamingo Library Theater (1401 E Flamingo Road, Las Vegas 89119).

Utilizing songs from John Denver, one of America's most cherished songwriters and performers, A MOMENT IN TIME, is about a marine in Afghanistan who, moments before a battle, recalls a safer, happier place. The new musical will get its world premiere at Five Towns College, Dix Hills, New York, on June 25-27, 2010.

The Barnyard will end its run of ROUTE 66 on April 18th.

The Folk Collection could just as well be named "Your Favorite Songs of the 60s Folk Era" group. Tony Unger, Ed Labowitz and Mike Sirota, along with bass man Bob Packham, grew up in the 1960's, when they fell in love with the story songs and 3-part harmonies of that acoustic era. Ed and Tony have been a duo on and off since their days at Hollywood High School. Mike joined the group in 2003 and Bob in early 2005.
