Tripp started as a street performer, landed on Broadway, toured with Tommy Tune, and now is an acupuncturist with his own practice. Few people are given the arts of healing and musical theatre, but Tripp is a one of a kind creation. When asked how it feels to have left showbiz, he responded, 'I didn't leave my tribe, I just went from warrior to medicine man.'

Cody, Foster, Spangler and More Join The Cape Playhouse's 90th Season!

Broadway will come to The Cape Playhouse this summer as Hunter Foster, Jen Cody, Nick Spangler, and Kaitlyn Davidson come to the theatre in a season of Playhouse premieres and Broadway favorites. Erik Orton, Guest Artistic Director, today announced the casting for the historic theater's 90th Season in Dennis, MA. Six shows - a mix of comedies, dramas, and musicals - will play from June 7 - August 30, 2016.

Following its initial casting announcement in April, The Muny announced today additional principal cast members for its spectacular 98th season. The 2016 Muny season opens with The Wizard of Oz followed by 42nd Street and The Music Man. The season includes the premieres of the popular Mel Brooks comedy, Young Frankenstein and world-wide megahit, Mamma Mia!, and closes with Fiddler on the Roof and Elton John and Tim Rice's Aida.
