The Paul And Vic Show Plays The PUSH Lounge, Previews 6/10-13

After a two-decade absence from the stage, former Saturday Night Live writer, Paul Barrosse and his wife, Victoria Zielinski, will perform in The Vic & Paul Show, an original two-person comedy revue with music that will play for three weeks this June at PUSH Lounge in Woodland Hills.

MEET THE PRESS Sees Ratings Win For Week Ending 5/2

According to Nielsen Media Research data, 'Meet the Press' was top-rated Sunday morning public affairs program for the week ending May 2. For the debut of its new HD set, 'Meet the Press' attracted 3.266 million total viewers, +12% more (+341,000) than second place CBS' 2.925 million total viewers, a 29% advantage (+738,000) over ABC's 2.528 million total viewers, and a +210% (2,213,000) lead over FOX's 1.053 million total viewers. 'Meet the Press' delivered an additional 1,105,000 viewers with rebroadcasts -- 440,000 viewers on the network and 665,000 viewers on MSNBC.

This week, we are taking a look and a listen to one of the foremost interpreters of song - whether originating from the stage, film, the Great American songbook, world music, tailor-made-music and virtually everything else - the legendary Barbra Streisand. Nothing can be said that hasn't been said about Ms. Streisand, she is a star unlike any other, but her recent intimate concert before 120 lucky audience members on September 26 of last year - marking her fortieth anniversary in show business - is perhaps her most arresting concert ever preserved on home video, a feat in itself considering her past pitch-perfect television specials. Let's not focus on the way we were, but more how we are today: in the case of Ms. Streisand, simply irresistible.
