Showtime's Borgias, Nurse Jackie, and Big C Premiere Episodes Available Online

Viewers nationwide can now sample the series premieres of the hit SHOWTIME returning series THE BORGIAS, Nurse Jackie and THE BIG C, two weeks before they premiere on the network. The premiere episodes can be accessed on the SHOWTIME website www.sho.com/preview, on YouTube www.youtube.com/SHOWTIME, and via select television providers' free On Demand channels and websites, reaching over 40 million digital households across 26 distributors. The series premieres are also available on Showtime ANYTIME®, Showtime apps on iPhone®, iPod Touch®, Android smartphones and tablets, and Nook® tablets, as well as the Showtime Social app for iPad®, on connected TV platforms, major web portals, and for download as a free video podcast on iTunes. The fourth season premiere of NURSE JACKIE airs on Sunday, April 8 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on SHOWTIME, followed by the third season premiere of THE BIG C at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT, and the second season premiere of THE BORGIAS at 10 p.m. ET/PT. The first three episodes of all three series will be made available on SHOWTIME ON DEMAND® and Showtime ANYTIME the day after their series premieres.

Two-time Tony Award nominee, Emmy Award and Golden Globe winner Alan Rickman (Private Lives, Les Liaisons Dangereuses, the Harry Potter franchise) will play his final performance on Sunday, April 1 in SEMINAR by Pulitzer Prize finalist and Peabody Award winner Theresa Rebeck (Mauritius, The Understudy, Omnium Gatherum, NBC's new hit series "Smash"), directed by Obie Award winner Sam Gold (Circle Mirror Transformation, The Aliens, Kin, The Coward). Academy Award and Emmy Award nominee Jeff Goldblum will make his return to Broadway when he assumes the leading role of 'Leonard' on Tuesday, April 3 for 8 weeks only. Classic Stage Company Names Greg Reiner as Executive Director

Classic Stage Company, under the leadership of Artistic Director Brian Kulick, has announced that Greg Reiner will join the acclaimed Off-Broadway theater as its new Executive Director beginning March 19. Reiner comes to CSC after an extremely successful tenure as Executive Director of Tectonic Theater Project, where, among many other achievements, he produced the world premiere of The Laramie Project: Ten Years Later in 150 theaters on a single night, and oversaw the Tony nominated Broadway production of 33 Variations. Reiner succeeds Jessica R. Jenen, who departed CSC in the fall.

The Tribeca Film Festival (TFF), presented by American Express, today announced its feature film selections in the Spotlight and Cinemania sections, as well as Special Screenings and the Tribeca/ESPN Sports Film Festival lineup. The 11th edition of the Festival will take place from April 18 to April 29 in New York City.

Off-Broadway's The New Group honors David Rabe and Nancy Manocherian, founding Artistic Director of the cell theater in Chelsea, at the company's 2012 Gala, hosted by Janeane Garofalo & Morgan Spector. Rabe and Manocherian are recipients of the sixth annual Michael Mendelson Award for Outstanding Commitment to Theater. Founded in 2005, this award recognizes individuals who show outstanding commitment to the theatrical community. Past recipients include Wallace Shawn, Fred Wistow, Robyn Goodman, Ethan Hawke, Ruth and Stephen Hendel, Wendy Ettinger and Derek McLane.

In SEMINAR, four aspiring young novelists (Lily Rabe, Hamish Linklater, Jerry O'Connell and Hettienne Park) sign up for private writing classes with Leonard (Mr. Rickman), an international literary figure. Under his recklessly brilliant and unorthodox instruction, some thrive and others flounder, alliances are made and broken, sex is used as a weapon and hearts are unmoored. The wordplay is not the only thing that turns vicious as innocence collides with experience in this provocative new comedy. Classic Stage Company has announced complete casting for their upcoming production of Shakespeare's A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, which begins previews at CSC on Wednesday, April 4 for a limited engagement through Sunday, May 20. Joining two-time Tony Award winner Bebe Neuwirth (Hippolyta/Titania) and acclaimed film/television/stage star Christina Ricci (Hermia) in the cast are Jordan Dean (Demetrius), Nick Gehlfuss (Lysander), David Greenspan (Flute/Fairy), Halley Wegryn Gross (Helena), Anthony Heald (Theseus/Oberon), Erin Hill (Starveling/Fairy), Chad Lindsey (Snout/Fairy), Taylor Mac (Egeus/Puck), James Patrick Nelson (Snug/Fairy), Steven Skybell (Bottom) and Rob Yang (Quince/Fairy). Directed by Tony Speciale (Unnatural Acts), A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM has its official opening Sunday, April 29.
