BIRMINGHAM, AL - The Birmingham Museum of Art will host an exhibition featuring works of the greatest masters of the Dutch and Flemish Golden Age titled, Small Treasures: Rembrandt, Vermeer, Hals, and Their Contemporaries. The exhibition, which was organized by the North Carolina Museum of Art and is sponsored by PNC, will be on view from January 30 - April 26, 2015.

BIRMINGHAM, AL - The Birmingham Museum of Art is pleased to announce the appointment of Wassan Al-Khudhairi as its new Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art. She will begin work at the Museum on May 5.

BIRMINGHAM, AL - After an extensive national search, the Birmingham Museum of Art is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Schindler as Curator of European Art. Schindler comes to the Birmingham Museum from The Metropolitan Museum, where he held the Andrew W. Mellon Curatorial Fellowship in the Department of Medieval Art and The Cloisters.
