 The Ridgefield Playhouse and Ridgefield Magazine Broadway and Cabaret Series presents a night with the Legendary Tony Award-winning actor Ben Vereen on Sunday, May 21 at 8 p.m.  Ben Vereen's performances transcend time and are woven into the fabric of this country's artistic legacy. Audible.com today announced that its two production arms, Audible Studios and the Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX), received a combined 26 nominations for the 2017 Audie Awards, which honor outstanding audiobooks and other spoken-word performances. Audible has finalists in sixteen categories. Winners will be announced by the Audio Publishers Association at the Audies Gala on June 1, 2017, in New York.

Westport Country Playhouse will present a Script in Hand playreading of the comedy, "The Supporting Cast" by George Furth, on Monday, February 6, at 7 p.m.  The reading will be directed by Anne Keefe, Playhouse associate artist and curator of the playreading series. Tickets are $20 each.
