Aristokrat František Antonín hrabi Nostic Rieneck, vystielil touhou zvýšit kouzlo jeho rodného mista a myslích svých spoluobiani, byl postaven stavby. Nápis nad portálem ite Patriae et Musis - Chcete-li rodné zemi a piemítá. Toto motto slouží jako dikaz zakladatele pivodního zámiru a neztratilo svou platnost dodnes. Když bylo toto divadlo spojené Národního divadla, jeho motto 'Národ sobi', se stal piirozeným doplikem první.
