The New Group presents the world premiere of Clive, written by Jonathan Marc Sherman and directed by and featuring Ethan Hawke in the title role. This production features Brooks Ashmanskas, Vincent D'Onofrio, Stephanie Janssen, Mahira Kakkar, Zoe Kazan, Aaron Krohn, Dana Lyn and Jonathan Marc Sherman, with Music and Sound Sculptures by GAINES. Clive plays a limited Off-Broadway engagement January 17 through March 9 at The New Group at Theatre Row (The Acorn Theatre / 410 West 42nd Street). Official Opening Night is Thursday, February 7 at 7:00pm.

Florida Studio Theatre previously announced its annual Richard and Betty Burdick Play Reading Series, which presents three new plays by contemporary, American Playwrights. The series takes place in the Keating Theatre, tonight, May 7 at 7:00pm, Saturday, May 12 at 2:00pm, and Monday, May 21 at 7:00pm, and is part of FST's Sarasota Festival of New Plays. Tickets for the series are 3 plays for $25, or individual play readings for $10. Mortar Theatre Company will present the world premiere of Bombs, Babes and Bingo by Merri Biechler.
