13P, the OBIE-winning company comprising 13 playwrights, as previously announced, will present its spring benefit The First (and Last) Annual 'THIRTINI AWARDS' at Joe's Pub, 425 Lafayette Street, for one performance only on Monday, May 11 at 7:00 p.m. (doors open at 6:00 p.m.) The coveted awards will be presented by 13P to the mentors and heroes who have inspired them with their seminal contributions to new American plays: Craig Lucas, Suzan-Lori Parks, Paula Vogel, and Mac Wellman.

San Francisco's cutting-edge Cutting Ball Theater today announced that due to overwhelming popular response, the company will extend its Bay Area Premiere of Will Eno's London and Off-Broadway hit THOM PAIN (based on nothing) a second time; the company has added three weeks of shows in addition to the previously announced extension to April 19. THOM PAIN (based on nothing) plays now through May 9.

EXIT THE KING, starring Academy Award-winners Geoffrey Rush and Susan Sarandon, Lauren Ambrose, Andrea Martin, William Sadler and Brian Hutchison, will now offer a limited number of student rush tickets for $26.50 each. Student rush tickets will be sold the day of the performance when the box office opens. There is a limit of two tickets per person with valid ID and they are based on availability.
