Rehearsals are underway for the brand new musical Bandstand, directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Andy Blankenbuehler (Hamilton). The musical begins performances Friday, March 31 prior to an official opening night on Wednesday, April 26 at Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45 Street). Bandstand features music by Richard Oberacker and a book and lyrics by Robert Taylor and Richard Oberacker.

#EduHam is a series of HAMILTON Wednesday matinees made available to New York City schools with a high concentration of students from low-income families for the ticket price of only $10. This educational partnership, made possible through a $1.46 million grant by The Rockefeller Foundation, is not only providing 20,000 NYC public school students with the opportunity to see HAMILTON on Broadway, but provides educational material by Gilder Lehrman to incorporate material from the musical into the American History curriculum.

Cameron Mackintosh and Jeffrey Seller are thrilled and delighted to announce the initial casting for their West End production of HAMILTON. Christine Allado (Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds), Rachelle Ann Go (Eliza Hamilton), Tarinn Callender (Hercules Mulligan/James Madison), Rachel John (Angelica Schuyler), Jason Pennycooke (Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson), Cleve September (John Laurens/Philip Hamilton), Giles Terera (Aaron Burr) and Obioma Ugoala (George Washington) will open the London production later this year, with further casting to be announced at a later date.

In advance of rehearsals for the brand new Broadway musical Bandstand beginning officially next month, Tony Award winning director and choreographer Andy Blankenbuehler (Hamilton); composer, co-book writer and lyricist Richard Oberacker, co-book writer and lyricist Robert Taylor and co-orchestrator, music supervisor and arranger Greg Anthony Rassen swing back into the studio for a pre-production work session to hear new musical numbers and vocal and dance arrangements for the very first time.
