Jazz at Lincoln Center will present 'The Music of Fats Waller' on April 16 and 17 at 8 PM in the Rose Theater. Tony winning Broadway entertainer, singer, and dancer Ben Vereen will serve as host for the event as well as perform.

Just Me is a new show featuring many of Allan's original songs along with American classics, including a special performance of Allan's new single, I Do Believe. Harris will begin his run at The Metropolitan Room on April 12th.

During a special preview event last night, the Carpenter Performing Arts Center of Long Beach announced its 2010-2011 season which includes a wide variety of performances. Included in the line-up are Broadway veteren Susan Egan, Pink Floyd, and Leonard Nimoy.

NYMF has just announced the winners of their Best of Fest awards. Set to perform at this year's gala are the casts of the winning shows, as well as Sh-K-Boom's own Sherie Rene Scott, Alice Ripley, Gavin Creel, and Kelli O'Hara. The event will take place on Sunday, November 22nd, at 6:30pm at the Edison Ballroom.

The new musical CROSS THAT RIVER - about a runaway slave named Blue, who escapes to Texas to become one of America's first Black Cowboys - will form an exclusive restaurant partnership with Ted's Montana Grill - the classic American Grill, helmed by media entrepreneur Ted Turner and acclaimed restaurateur George McKerrow Jr. The announcement was made by CROSS THAT RIVER producer Patricia Harris.
