In response to the tragedies in Orlando this week, Country music recording artist Trae Edwards has released the inspirational new single, “Love Got Us Through” (Breezewood Productions).

Veteran singer/songwriter Jonathan Edwards will be performing on August 20, 2016 at The Grove at Neumann, Saratoga Springs, NY in support of his new album, Tomorrow's Child. Produced by four-time Grammy Award nominee Darrell Scott, Tomorrow's Child features the venerable and beloved Edwards accompanied by such roots music luminaries Shawn Colvin, Jerry Douglas, John Cowan, Vince Gill, and Alison Krauss.

Nearly 900 graduates from 68 countries received degrees today at Berklee's 2016 commencement. Berklee President Roger H. Brown presented honorary doctor of music degrees to music legends Rita Moreno, the Isley Brothers, Lucian Grainge, and Milton Nascimento. Moreno delivered the commencement address to the graduating class and an estimated audience of nearly 7,000 guests at the Agganis Arena. The annual commencement concert, held the previous evening at the Agganis Arena, featured some of the college's most accomplished students paying tribute to the honorees with performances of music associated with their careers.

?Iconic performer and musical chameleon Cyndi Lauper announced today the DETOUR Tour in support of her upcoming studio album, DETOUR, available May 6 on Sire Records. The 19-city tour will kick off May 9 at the "Mother Church of Country Music," Nashville's Ryman Auditorium and will wrap up June 12 at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre in St. Augustine, Florida. Select dates, including New York City's historic Beacon Theatre, will feature a co-headlining performance by Boy George. The tour arrives at the Dr. Phillips Center on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 8 p.m. in the Walt Disney Theater. Tickets will go on sale to the public Friday, March 11, 2016 at 10 a.m. Cyndi Lauper Fan Club members will have first access to tickets beginning today at 12 p.m. EST while a special presale with the password "CYNDITOUR2016" will begin Tuesday, March 8 at 10 a.m.

The project marks the 11th full-length album for the 62 year old music icon who was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame last year.
