Due to continuous sold out performances, long lines around street corner blocks and strong critical acclaim, The Amoralists will be moving their celebrated play, The Pied Pipers of the Lower East Side, to Off-Broadway. The show's Off-Broadway run will begin on September 10th and run through October 5th at Theatre 80 St. Marks, the former home of The Pearl Theatre Company, located at 80 St. Marks Place between 1st and 2nd Avenues in NYC. The Pied Pipers of the Lower East Side is written and directed by Derek Ahonen.

Original cast member AARON TVEIT will return to the Tony Award-winning musical Next to Normal on Monday, September 7 at 8:00pm. Tveit, who originated the role of Gabe in the off-Broadway and Broadway productions of the acclaimed musical, was on a leave of absence this summer to star in the World Premiere production of Catch Me If You Can.

The Broadway musical Next to Normal has announced the voting results of the first part of its groundbreaking Twitter song project. Based on suggestions from Twitter followers, Next to Normal creators Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey will write a song for the show's characters Dr. Madden & Gab.

The Broadway musical Next to Normal's groundbreaking Twitter Performance has amassed over 560,000 followers since launching on May 5, surpassing such national brands as Starbucks and MTV and popular celebrities such as Paris Hilton and Jordin Sparks. The Twitter Performance will culminate with a new song written by the Tony Award-winning songwriters of Next to Normal, Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey, based on suggestions from the followers - everything from which characters are performing the song and where it takes place in the story, to song structure and lyric suggestions. Suggestions are currently being submitted via Twitter @N2NBroadway.

Aaron Tveit will take a leave of absence from the Tony-nominated musical Next to Normal from June 9 - September 6 to perform in the out-of-town engagement of the musical Catch Me If You Can. He will return to the Next to Normal on Monday, September 7. In his absence, the role of Gabe will be performed by Kyle Dean Massey.
