Making an unprecedented move, producer Scott Siegel, best known for the concerts he has created at Town Hall (Broadway by the Year, Broadway Unplugged, The Nightlife Awards, etc.), has announced that he will offer a money back guarantee to anyone that buys tickets to Marc Kudisch's Concert: IN DEFENSE OF THE BARITONE VOICE by mail order that's postmarked between now and December 31st. No questions asked.

Siegel, in a statement, said, "Marc Kudisch is an amazing talent with a brilliant show; I am convinced that anyone that comes to see it will love it. I am so sure of this that I am willing to literally guarantee it. To my knowledge, no one has ever before offered a money back guarantee for a major theatrical event on a New York City stage. Well, why not? If you believe in your show, why shouldn't you be willing to back it up with this kind of confidence?"

Kudisch in Concert: In Defense of the Baritone Voice, is an irreverent one man musical that will cover the history of the baritone voice from opera to Elvis and from Bing to Broadway. A three-time Tony Nominee who has been on Broadway for twenty years, Marc Kudisch will be making his much-anticipated solo concert debut with this show. It will take place on Saturday, January 15th at The Town Hall, 123 West 43rd Street at 8PM.

In order to take advantage of this money back guarantee, you must buy your tickets by mail order between now and the end of December. Tickets are $60 for the orchestra and loge boxes, $40 for the front balcony, and $25 for the rear balcony. Send your check (only) made out to Siegel & Siegel Ltd. and mail it to Scott Siegel c/o Kudisch Concert, 320 East 58th Street, Suite 5B, NY, NY 10022. Please include your name, address, phone number, and email address. Indicate how many tickets you want and at what price range. You will receive best available seats. And if for any reason you genuinely do not like the concert, you only have to contact Scott Siegel and you will get your money back.

Siegel, no stranger to breaking new ground, created the first and only award show (The Nightlife Awards) that has no acceptance speeches; the winners, rather than make a speech, perform, instead, to show why they were chosen. This unique All-Performance award show will be having its ninth annual celebration at Town Hall on Monday, January 31 at 7 PM. In other words, Siegel appears to know what he's doing.

The Marc Kudisch Concert is part of The Siegel Season at Town Hall, which also includes the first ever All-Star Jim Caruso's Cast Party: a Benefit for BC/EFA on Thursday, Feb. 17th at 8 PM at Town Hall. Tickets for The Nightlife Awards and Jim Caruso's Cast Party at Town Hall are $75, $50, and $25 and are available at TicketMaster.

The Siegel Season is sponsored, in part, by ASCAP, The Edythe Kenner Foundation, Jill & Irwin Cohen, The Berkshire Theatre Festival, TheaterMania.com, Barbara & Peter Leavy, Steven T. Ernst, Stephen & EDa Sorokoff, and Thoroughbred Records.
