AAPI PLAYLIST VOLUME 2 - BEHIND THE PLAYLIST - The Green Room 42 Non Equity Auditions

SyncStage Productions is seeking AAPI performers for AAPI Playlist: Volume 2 – Behind the Playlist, taking place on May 24th, 2026 at 9:30PM at The Green Room 42.

Created in celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, this evening of music and storytelling will feature an all-AAPI cast performing musical theatre, pop, and contemporary songs that hold personal meaning to them. Inspired by the idea that everyone has songs attached to memories, people, and moments in life, Behind the Playlist explores the stories behind the music we carry with us.

There is no restriction on genre or song origin. We are looking for performers with strong storytelling instincts and a genuine connection to the material they choose to share. The evening will blend live performance with personal reflection, creating an intimate and collaborative cabaret experience centered around identity, memory, connection, and community.

IMPORTANT DATES
Show: May 24th, 2026 at 9:30pm
Rehearsal: May 21st, 2026 (Time and location TBD based on cast availability / MUST BE AVAILABLE)
Tech/Sound Check: May 24th, 2026 at 3pm
