All ASTORIA is unique only to interpret the work of Astor Piazzolla adapted and transcribed by Christophe Delporte. It is required by the quality of its musicians and surprised by the originality of his interpretations at the crossroads of jazz and classical music. Their instrumental mastery and sense of improvisation show.
The major compositions by Piazzolla as "Libertango", "Las Cuatro Estaciones" or "Adios Nonino" are revisited with a lot of freshness and density.
Sometimes overflowing with joy and mischief, sometimes marked by a sweet nostalgia, this music opens the doors to a wonderful musical journey from the distant suburbs of Buenos Aires to the hot lands of tropical flora.
