KATIE - 20s-30s - A waitress at the local diner. Ran away from something. Still holding on to the past.
PEG - 40s-50s - a local physician. Has some history with Paul.
Auditions for the roles of Scout, Jem, and Dill, to be played by youth actors, will take place at a later date. This call is for adult actors only.
JEAN LOUISE FINCH: Adult Scout, narrator of the play, age is approximately mid 20s to 30s
ATTICUS (CAST): A lawyer, father of Jem and Scout, approximately late 30s-mid 50s
CALPURNIA: Black, The Finch family’s housekeeper, approximately 30-60
MAUDIE ATKINSON: A kind neighbor of the Finch’s, approximately 40-50
WALTER CUNNINGHAM: A hard-up farmer, approximately 40-50
REVEREND SYKES: Black minister, approximately 50-60
HECK TATE: The town sheriff, approximately 40-50
STEPHANIE CRAWFORD: A neighborhood gossip, approximately 40-70
BOO RADLEY: A recluse, approximately 30s-mid 40s
NATHAN RADLEY: Boo’s older brother, approximately 30s-mid 40s
MRS. DUBOSE: An ill old woman, approximately 70-80
TOM ROBINSON: Black, accused of raping Mayella Ewell, approximately 25-40
JUDGE TAYLOR: A judge, approximately 50s-70s
R. GILMER: A public prosecutor, approximately 30-50
BOB EWELL: Mayella’s father, approximately 40-50
MAYELLA EWELL: The oldest daughter of Bob Ewell, approximately 18-mid 20
HELEN ROBINSON: Black, Tom’s wife, approximately 25-40
SCOUT: Atticus’s young daughter, to play between the ages of 9-12*
JEM: Atticus’s son, a few years older than his sister Scout, to play between the ages of 10-14*
