UNDERSTUDY 1: To cover:

AARON KATZMAN: Male, 59. Stockbroker. Narcissist. A meat-and-potatoes guy until he met Dr. Stang. He is undergoing a late-life identity crisis; self-absorbed, image-conscious, and driven by a misguided quest for freedom and masculinity.

FELIX KATZMAN: Male, 80. Aaron’s father. A retired dentist. Pragmatic and humorous, he offers hard-earned wisdom and secretly regrets his own past missteps.

UNDERSTUDY 2: To cover:

DIANA KATZMAN: Female, 57. Assistant curator at the MET. Aaron’s loving wife. A people pleaser. Intelligent, loyal, and emotionally resilient, she's devoted to her family but blindsided by her husband's selfishness.

ESTHER KATZMAN: Female, 80. Aaron’s adoring mother and housewife. Doting, sharp-witted, and occasionally meddlesome, she idealizes her son and clings to traditional values with fierce maternal pride.

UNDERSTUDY 3: To cover:

JASON KATZMAN: Male, 24. Aaron and Diane’s son. A thoughtful and earnest psychology grad student trying to navigate both his parents’ turmoil and his own relationship challenges.

UNDERSTUDY 4: To cover:

CAITLYN SHARP: Female, 23. Jason’s fiancée. Graduate student in women’s studies. Principled, outspoken, and modern in her views on love and gender, she’s unafraid to challenge traditional expectations.
