NARRATOR 1 / MR. DARLING / CAPTAIN HOOK / GROWN-UP JOHN & MICHAEL - 40-50s. MR. DARLING, the well-meaning but short-tempered head of the Darling household/ HOOK, the extravagant and tyrannical pirate captain pitted against PETER PAN. He is never more sinister than when he is most polite. Stage combat experience is a plus.
NARRATOR 2 / MRS. DARLING / TIGER LILY / MERMAID / ALF / GROWN-UP WENDY - 30-50s. MRS. DARLING, the sweet, loving mother to the Darling children/ TIGER LILY was born on the island and raised by wolves, the pride of their pack.
NARRATOR 3 / NANA / SMEE / MERMAID / GROWN-UP TOOTLES - 30-60s. NANA, a Newfoundland dog and nurse to the Darling children/ SMEE, the oddly genial Irish bosun, right hand to CAPTAIN HOOK.
NARRATOR 4 / TINKER BELL / ROBERT MULLINS / MERMAID / GROWN-UP NIBS - 20-30s. TINKER BELL, a spirited and magical fairy who expresses herself through dance and chimes. A very experienced dancer. Ballet training on pointe a plus/ ROBERT MULLENS, a ruffian long feared on the Spanish main.
NARRATOR 5 / STARKEY / PETER’S SHADOW / MERMAID / GROWN-UP SLIGHTLY - 20-40s. GENTLEMAN STARKEY, once a principal in a private school and still dainty in their ways of killing. PETER’S SHADOW, an experienced dancer.
NARRATOR 6 / NOODLER / MOTHER MERMAID / GROWN-UP CURLY - 20-40s. NOODLER is an eccentric and unpredictable pirate who is said to have lost their mind in the prison at Gao./ MOTHER MERMAID, the exquisite and breathtaking matriarch of the mermaids.
NARRATOR 7 / BILL JUKES / MERMAID / NEVER BIRD / GROWN-UP TWIN 1 - 20-40s. BILL JUKES is said to be Blackbeard’s brother, but this was never proved./ The NEVER BIRD is a majestic creature who saves PETER’s life on the Lagoon.
NARRATOR 8 / CECCO / MERMAID 4 / GROWN-UP TWIN 2 - 20-40s. CECCO is the tallest and strongest of the pirates. Fearsome on the outside, on the outside this gentle giant is actually a big softy.
PETER - 12-18. The embodiment of youth and joy, PETER is the leader of the Lost Boys and an enigma of narcissism and charm.
WENDY/ JANE - 13-18. The oldest of the Darling children, WENDY is bright, curious, and adventurous. She has a natural inclination to care for the Lost Boys, but she wants to be more than PETER’s mother. JANE is WENDY’s daughter, who shares these same traits.
JOHN - 11-18. The middle Darling child, JOHN, is thoughtful and sensible. Although, he has always wanted to fight with pirates.
MICHAEL - 8-12. The baby of the Darling family. Energetic, sweet, and silly. He is very present in the moment, and always game for another adventure.
TOOTLES - 12-18. Big things constantly happen just when TOOTLES steps round the corner. This ill-luck has given a gentle melancholy to their countenance, but instead of souring their nature, it has sweetened it.
NIBS - 12-18. A delightful and debonair, without a care in the world.
SLIGHTLY - 12-18. SLIGHTLY thinks he remembers the days before he was lost, and this makes them feel more superior and knowledgeable than the other Lost Boys.
TWIN 1 - 12-18. The twins are a dynamic duo that speak all of their lines in unison. They cannot be described because we should be sure to be describing the wrong one.
TWIN 2 - 12-18. The twins are a dynamic duo that speak all of their lines in unison. They cannot be described because we should be sure to be describing the wrong one.
