A priest accustomed to power and control, and intent on maintaining it. Haunted by secrets.

GOVERNATORE – Male Presenting, 30’s.
A slick, sneaky, charming politician with a dark underbelly.
Bari-tenor.

VITORIA – Female Presenting, 18+ to play early-mid teens.
Giulia’s daughter. A young and innocent girl who finds her voice and power.
Mezzo soprano with a high mix-belt.

FATHER PAOLO – Male Presenting, 20’s – 30’s.
A spiritual guide to Giulia. Wise, with a kind and gentle energy.
Lyrical tenor.

LA CAPITANA – Female Presenting, 30’s – 60’s.
A shapeshifting narrative figure, and mistress of ceremony and magic.
