Contract (League): Actors' Equity Association

The minimum base weekly salary for the positions being auditioned for is established by a collective bargaining agreement between The Broadway League Inc., on behalf of the above-named producer, and Actors' Equity Association. For Broadway, it is anticipated that the base weekly salary for each of the below-listed roles will range between a minimum of $2799 per week (which equals an annualized base salary of $145,548) and a maximum of $2799 per week (which equals an annualized base salary of $145,548).

MALE ENSEMBLE

Male, Non-Binary, Trans Male, 20s-30s

Top dancers with top singing ability. Strong urban contemporary technique with knowledge of Argentine Tango, hip hop/pop, and lock and break-dancing a plus. All lived experiences and backgrounds considered to play everything from Generals to working-class activists. Principal covers will come from within the ensemble. Seeking all ethnicities and encourage performers from the Latin community to audition.

FEMALE ENSEMBLE

Female, Non-Binary, Trans Male, 20s-30s

Top dancers with top singing ability. Strong urban contemporary technique with knowledge of Argentine Tango, hip hop/pop, and lock and break-dancing a plus. All lived experiences and backgrounds considered to play everything from Generals to working-class activists. Principal covers will come from within the ensemble. Seeking all ethnicities and encourage performers from the Latin community to audition.

PREPARATION

Please wear sneakers and clothing you are comfortable moving in. No hats, jazz shoes, ballet shoes, heels, or jewelry that will get in the way of partner work. Please bring knee pads if you think you need them. There is no knee work in the routine, but you may be asked if you can do a knee slide. Also, bring your picture and resume stapled together.
