TRACK 1: EDITH - Female presenting 25-30, a headstrong Emu. The heroine of the piece, full of life and ready to conquer the world. Mezzo/Soprano with Strong Belt (A3 to F#5 with C5 belt; if you have a whistletone that is great but not essential).
TRACK 2: Female presenting 30s. Doubles BUSH BARD, a wandering bird-like storyteller, and MAGGIE, an annoying magpie plus others i.e. Farmers, Politicians. Possesses strong comic skills. Mezzo Soprano (G3 to D5).
TRACK 3: Male presenting 40s. Doubles MAJOR G.P.W. MEREDITH, a human, bird hating maniac, and STEVE, a disgruntled soldier turned farmer, and also an emu. Tenor (C3 to G#4).
TRACK 4: Male presenting 20s. Doubles ETHAN, an overenthusiastic male Emu, and CHARLEY, a disgruntled soldier turned farmer. Possesses strong comic skills. Tenor (C3 to G#4).
TRACK 5: Male presenting 45-late 50s. Doubles ENOCH, an emu who has seen better days, is the Father to Edith, LYONS, a human, politician desperate for unity, and PEARCE, The Minister for Defense. Possesses strong comic skills. Baritone (C3 to E4).
TRACK 6: Female presenting late 20s to 30s. Doubles McMURRAY, a dim-witted Sergeant, and SAM, a disgruntled soldier turned farmer who will also play an emu. Possesses strong comic skills Mezzo/Soprano (B3 to D5).
