This quirky, romantic comedy about love and loss has received critical acclaim throughout the nation. The story unfolds through a series of nine vignettes, all of which take place on a magical midwinter night when the citizens of Almost – a place too disorganized to be called a town and too populated to be a wilderness – discover the life-altering power of the human heart. Strangers become friends, friends become lovers, and lovers turn into strangers.
