SEEKING:

[Lt. Daniel Kaffe] CAST. Character portrayed is male, 30-40, any ethnicity. The primary defense lawyer. He is an easygoing, quick-witted, and highly intelligent attorney out of Harvard who initially prefers easy plea bargains but develops a fierce drive for justice.

[Colonel Nathan R. Jessep] CAST. Character portrayed is male, 48-65, any ethnicity. The arrogant, intimidating Commanding Officer of the Marine base in Cuba. He operates on the belief that extreme measures are necessary to protect the nation and is deeply convinced of his own moral righteousness.

[Lt. Commander Joanne Galloway] Character portrayed is female, 32-45, any ethnicity. A hardworking, passionate, and determined JAG officer who fights to get assigned to the case and pushes Kaffee to uncover the deeper conspiracy.

[Lt. Sam Weinberg] Character portrayed is male, 30-45, any ethnicity. Kaffee's loyal, laid-back co-counsel. He provides balance and acts as a grounding, rational family man throughout the stressful trial.

[Lance Cpl. Harold W. Dawson] Character portrayed is male, 19-26, any ethnicity. A stoic, serious, and deeply loyal Marine. He acts as the leader of the two defendants, enforcing discipline and protecting his fellow soldiers.

[PFC Louden Downey] Character portrayed is male, 18-24, any ethnicity. The younger, less confident co-defendant. He is obedient and respectful, generally allowing Dawson to make decisions and speak for them both.

[Capt. Jack Ross] Character portrayed is male, 35-55, any ethnicity. The prosecutor for the case. He is an intelligent, capable Marine lawyer who faces the difficult challenge of maintaining his duty while handling his personal friendship with Kaffee.

[Judge Randolph] Character portrayed is female, 45-75, any ethnicity. Smart, sensible, fair judge presiding over the murder trial.

[PFC William Santiago] Character portrayed is male, 18-24, latino. He is sincere and sensible, but physically weak and struggling to meet the rigorous standards of the Marine Corps, leading to his isolation and ultimate death.

[Dr. Stone] Character portrayed is male, 35-65, any ethnicity. Sensible but easily swayed doctor in charge of the medical care of marines at Guantanamo.
