Breakdown:
Narrator: male or female, mid 40-late 50, any ethnicity with commanding presence, great humor and charm, a big and easy laugh and excellent speech skills
Bob Cratchit: (male late 30-early 40) extremely warm, gentle, emotionally available with a quick sense of humor, actor must be physically strong enough to carry a small child, and work well with children as he is a primary contact with the children in this production
Mrs. Cratchit: (female, late 30-early 40) warm, maternal, emotionally available, quick spirited with a slight bit of edge when it comes to defending family, actor must work well with children.

Preparation
Sides and scripts will be made available to the actor when an appointment is made, and will be available at the audition for walk-ins. You may instead choose to present two monologues of any nature, not to exceed 4 minutes in combined length. Bring headshot and resume.

A CHRISTMAS CAROL, the 27th annual production of Louisville's most popular holiday tranditon, will be directed by Sean Daniels, Associate Artistic Director at Actors Theatre.
Performers of all ethnic and racial backgrounds are encouraged to attend.
