THE WILD PARTY VARIETY HOUR: Celebrates A Decade Of The “Dirtiest Fun To Be Had On A Chicago Stage” Image

The Wild Party Variety Hour celebrates 10 years of Silent Theatre's longest running show with a local city tour at three venues reimagining the top three voted themes by our fans. Come celebrate the last leg of this tour on August 3rd at 8p at Steppenwolf Theatre.

The Wild Party Variety Hour is an immersive event featuring an hour long variety show packed with top Chicago talent encased in a shell of original shenanigans by Silent Theatre's ensemble members Brendan Balfe (writer) and Marvin Quijada a.k.a. Silent Marvin (co-creator and host). Each production comes with its own theme that tailors the immersive components from photo booths to audience participation stations. There is a great opportunity for strangest tomfoolery to happen during WPVH, so leave your kids at home and come experience the unpredictable.

As the final leg of the Wild Party Variety Hour's 10th Anniversary Tour, Silent Theatre proudly present an all new horror story. Silent Marvin claims he has moved on from his Wild Party days and, even more alarming, his vow of silence. But how long can he keep his true nature buried? And in what hilariously horrifying ways will the struggle present itself? And who will end up on the floor in a bloody mess?! Join an all-star cast of Wild Party alumni as we throw the best party of the year two months early!

August 3rd

Steppenwolf Theatre, 1700 N. Halsted

Tickets: $15 and can be purchased at www.silenttheatre.com
