Ute Lemper's LAST TANGO IN BERLIN Begins Tomorrow at 54 Below

54 BELOW, Broadway' Supper Club, welcomes Ute Lemper in "Last Tango in Berlin" for four-performances only beginning tomorrow, August 14.

In "Last tango in Paris," the renowned international chanteuse and star of Broadway's Chicago starts our journey in Berlin with her repertoire of Brecht and Weill and classic cabaret songs. Lemper then travels to the poetic universe of Jacques Brel and Edith Piaf, continues to Argentina and Tango Nuevo, and walks the backstreets of Paris, Berlin, Buenos Aires and New York, where she's made her home for fifteen years now. Discover musical ghosts who have their own tales of loss, love, passion, survival, rebellion & opposition to tell.

Ute Lemper in "Last Tango in Berlin" plays at 54 Below (254 West 54th Street) August 14 and 15 at 7PM, and August 16 and 17 at 8PM. Doors open for all performances at 5:30PM.
