The Triad Theater Presents ME & CAESAR LEE 3/27, 4/3, 4/10
Dan Culleton's G. Gebony Productions in association with the Triad Theatre presents a concert presentation of Pat Holley's all original R&B/Pop Musical, ME & CAESAR LEE. Performances are set for three consecutive Sundays at 8:00pm: March 27th, April 3rd and April 10th.
Set in the year 1985, ME & CAESAR LEE is the fictitious story of Camille Lambert, a 43-year-old former pop recording star/songwriter who tries to make a comeback by writing songs for a teenage singing group - leaving her life forever changed.
This 80 minute concert will feature four representative principals of the ten member cast and will star Broadway/Film/Recording artist, Marva Hicks (Caroline or Change, Lion King) as "Camille," Devale Ellis (former wide receiver for the Detroit Lions) making his concert debut in the title-role as "Caesar Lee," Amanda T. Holley (Recently signed with Smack Water Production/Universal Records) singing the role of "Nakima D." Both Broadway's Raun Ruffin (Civil War) and Dennis Williams, the 4th Voice (Musical Director) of the R&B Hall of Fame O'Jay's will appear as "Paul Hudson." This concert presentation of ME & CAESAR LEE is directed by Lee Summers (Original Dreamgirls & 2010 Bistro Award Winner).
